Banana-tahini iced smoothie 

Makes 1 large smoothie of 750 ml



  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 / 4 cup of 100% natural tahini 
  • 1/4 cup ice cream 
  • 1 1/2 cup plant-based milk 
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon



  1. Place the sliced ​​frozen bananas in your blender and add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Mix until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and add a pinch of ground cinnamon on top. 
  4. Enjoy
