Peanut and dark chocolate glazed bananas

It's still very hot and the whole family doesn't quite know how to cool off ... Well we found another devilishly naughty AND healthy snack / dessert that does the job well! Try this and give me your comments! Good thrill!

Peanut and dark chocolate glazed bananas


Preparation: 20 minutes

Freezing: 30 minutes

Servings: 4



  • 4 teaspoons of almond or peanut butter
  • 1 bananas cut into 12 slices
  • 4 wooden sticks or for lollipops
  • 60 grams of dark chocolate 70% melted
  • 2 tablespoons ofdry roasted peanuts



1. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper; put aside. Place at regular intervals, 8 slices of bananas. Pour 1/2 teaspoon of almond butter over each of the eight banana slices. Place half of the banana slices topped with almond butter on top of the remaining half of the almond butter slices to form four stacks of two banana slices with almond butter in between and almond butter on top. Place one of the remaining banana slices on each stack. Push a lollipop stick or wooden skewer down the center of each stack of bananas.



2. Place the melted chocolate in a shallow dish. Place the finely chopped peanuts in another shallow dish. Roll each stack of bananas in melted chocolate. Use a thin metal spatula to spread the chocolate in a thin, even layer over the piles. Immediately roll in finely chopped peanuts. Place on a prepared baking sheet.



3- The frozen banana is ready in about 30 minutes or until firm. Serve straight from the freezer.
