Coconut-cocoa-nut cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup of your choice of peanut butter or nut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 / 2 cup of chocolate chips
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups of fine coconut unsweetened
1 / 4 cup of walnuts hachées
3 tbsp. coconut oil
Preparation
- In a pot, melt the coconut oil, syrup and nut butter over low heat.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- With a tablespoon, take the dough and form a ball.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Serve.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 7 days.
* you can replace the walnuts with cashews to Almonds.
