Coconut-cocoa-nut cookies


1/2 cup of your choice of peanut butter or nut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 / 2 cup of chocolate chips 
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups of fine coconut unsweetened
1 / 4 cup of walnuts hachées
3 tbsp. coconut oil 



  1. In a pot, melt the coconut oil, syrup and nut butter over low heat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. With a tablespoon, take the dough and form a ball.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve.
  7. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 7 days. 


* you can replace the walnuts with cashews to Almonds.
