3-Ingredient Chocolate Bites
The combination of chocolate and coconut is classic and in this delicious recipe, they make a simply delicious marriage! Really easy to make, this recipe contains only 3 ingredients.

3-Ingredient Chocolate Bites




100 g de 70% organic and fair trade dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil
1 1/2 cup flakes organic roasted coconut unsweetened (2 oz)




  1. Line 6 muffin cups with paper cups.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate and coconut oil, mixing gently with a small rubber spatula until smooth.
  3. As soon as the chocolate is melted, turn off the heat. Add the coconut flakes and toss to coat the melted chocolate flakes.
  4. Pour the mixture into the paper liners. Freeze for 15 minutes to set.


How to store coconut bites

You can store them in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days.
