3-Ingredient Chocolate Bites
INGREDIENTS
100 g de 70% organic and fair trade dark chocolate1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil
1 1/2 cup flakes organic roasted coconut unsweetened (2 oz)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line 6 muffin cups with paper cups.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate and coconut oil, mixing gently with a small rubber spatula until smooth.
- As soon as the chocolate is melted, turn off the heat. Add the coconut flakes and toss to coat the melted chocolate flakes.
- Pour the mixture into the paper liners. Freeze for 15 minutes to set.
How to store coconut bites
You can store them in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days.
