This 5 Ingredient Dark Chocolate Fudge is such a simple, healthy treat that you'll want to keep your fridge stocked! 


Easy fudge in 30 minutes

Makes 12 servings



  1. Place parchment paper in an 8x8 glass pan and set aside.
  2. In a medium pot, heat the coconut milk over medium-high heat until boiling. 
  3. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the maple syrup and simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes. You want to reduce the mixture to 2 cups of liquid. It takes up to 30 minutes.
  5. To check, you can check the level of reduction by pouring the mixture into a glass measuring cup, after about 20 minutes.
  6. When you have reduced the mixture to 2 cups of liquid, remove it from the heat.
  7. Stir in the salt, vanilla and chocolate.
  8. Mix until the chocolate is completely melted.
  9. Stir in the nuts. Mix gently.
  10. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
  11. Refrigerate 2 hours until the mixture sets.
  12. Cut into squares and enjoy!
  13. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight dish.
